These terms are written in plain English. By creating a Snapi account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Snapi.
Snapi is an AI work intake and execution platform. It lets you build embeddable forms, collect submissions from your customers or users, manage those submissions as kanban cards, and expose your workspace to AI agents via API keys and an MCP server.
The service is available at snapi.ca, with the application running at app.snapi.ca and the API at api.snapi.ca.
By registering for an account, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and have the authority to enter into this agreement — either on your own behalf or on behalf of the organization you represent. If you're signing up for a team, the person who creates the account accepts these terms on behalf of the whole team.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Don't share your password or API keys with people who shouldn't have access. If you suspect your account has been compromised, reach us through our contact form immediately.
You're responsible for everything that happens under your account, including actions taken by team members you've invited and any AI agents you've granted API access to.
Snapi is designed for legitimate intake and workflow management. You may not use it to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without prior notice depending on severity.
Snapi offers a free tier and two paid plans: Starter ($12/month) and Team ($79/month). Plan details and limits are described on the pricing page.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Paddle (paddle.com), our payment processor and Merchant of Record. As Merchant of Record, Paddle is the legal seller of Snapi subscriptions — your invoice and bank statement will show a charge from Paddle (or paddle.net), not Snapi. Paddle handles VAT and tax collection globally on our behalf. By completing checkout, you also agree to Paddle's buyer terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and your account reverts to the free plan.
If we change plan pricing, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email before the change affects your subscription.
Each plan includes monthly submission limits and other resource limits. When you reach your monthly submission quota, new form submissions will be blocked until either the next billing cycle begins or you upgrade to a higher plan. We'll return a clear error message to the submitter in that case.
We don't silently drop submissions — if a submission is blocked due to a plan limit, the submitter will know.
You own everything you put into Snapi — your form schemas, your submission records, your uploaded files, and your organization's data. We don't claim any rights to your content.
By using Snapi, you give us permission to store and process your data solely for the purpose of operating the service on your behalf. We won't use your data to train AI models or share it with third parties beyond what's described in our Privacy Policy.
When you delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except where we're required by law to retain it longer.
API keys let external systems — including AI agents — read and write data in your workspace. You're responsible for how your API keys are used. Don't embed API keys in public code repositories or share them insecurely.
If an AI agent using your API key causes actions that violate these terms, your account may be affected. Treat API keys like passwords.
Starter and Team plans can configure pre- and post-submission webhooks that send data to external URLs (such as n8n or Zapier). You're responsible for the security of the endpoints you configure. Snapi is not liable for data sent to third-party webhook endpoints you control.
We work hard to keep Snapi available and reliable, but we don't guarantee 100% uptime. The service is provided "as is." We may perform maintenance that causes brief downtime; we'll try to do this outside peak hours and give advance notice for planned maintenance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snapi's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we terminate your account for reasons other than a terms violation, we'll give you reasonable notice and a chance to export your data.
If your account is suspended for a terms violation, we may not provide a data export.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll email you at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Snapi after that point means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
