30-day money-back guarantee
On all paid plans. No questions asked.
If Snapi isn't right for you, email us within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no hoops.
How to Request a Refund
Send us a message with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account. That's it — we'll take care of the rest.
You don't need to explain why you want a refund. We might ask if there's anything we could have done better, but that's entirely optional.
Timeline
We process refund requests within 1–2 business days of receiving them. Once processed, Paddle (our payment processor) will initiate the refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Note: your bank statement shows charges from Paddle (not Snapi directly), since Paddle is our Merchant of Record. Your refund will appear from Paddle as well.
What's Covered
- First payment on any paid plan (Starter or Team) within 30 days of that payment
- Annual plans if we ever offer them — 30 days from the billing date
What's Not Covered
- Beyond 30 days — we don't offer partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period once the 30-day window has passed. You can cancel anytime and you won't be charged again, but we can't refund a month that has already begun.
- Suspended accounts — if your account was suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service, refunds are at Snapi's discretion.
- Disputed charges — if you initiate a chargeback with your bank before contacting us, we may not be able to process a refund through normal channels. Please reach out to us first; we're easy to work with.
Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancelling your subscription and requesting a refund are two different things:
- Cancellation — stops future billing. Your account stays on the paid plan until the end of the current billing period, then reverts to Free. You can cancel in your billing settings at any time.
- Refund — returns money already charged. Requires emailing us. Subject to the 30-day window described above.
If you want both — to stop future billing and get a refund on your most recent charge — just say so in your email and we'll handle both at once.
